Dachser transports over 3 million masks from Mexico

The logistics multinational joins the fight against Covid-19 organizing the air transport from Mexico and the ground distribution in Germany of 3.25 million surgical masks, destined for various German hospitals.

Dachser Air & Sea Logistics carried 3.25 million FFP-3 masks from Mexico to Frankfurt in a specially chartered Boeing 787. As soon as they landed at Frankfurt airport, and due to the priority nature of the merchandise, it was unloaded and delivered to Dachser for distribution to various German hospitals through its ground transportation network. "Our teams in Mexico and Germany have performed exceptionally well," says Timo Stroh, Head of Global Air Freight at Dachser.
