A family-owned company, founded in 1890, it is the only world manufacturer of capsules with 100% Spanish capital and a decision-making center in the heart of La Rioja Alavesa, in Laguardia.

 It is currently a world leader in the manufacture of capsules with a presence in more than 40 countries: ninety bottles are opened every second in the world that take a capsule and screw cap of Ramondin.
Its more than 130 years of history are marked by innovation, proximity to wineries and the generation of added value through environmental policies and care plans of Social Responsibility. Ramondin's 2025 Sustainability Plan remains faithful to the commitment to the sustainable development objectives (SDGs) and the action plan set out in the 2030 Agenda of the UN, to which the Global Compact has been adhered since 2013.
