New data on Iberian colonialism in Guam and the Mariana Islands, in the western Pacific .
It has been possible to document the different construction phases of the church of San Dionisio, one of the first Jesuit missions built in Guam, which suffered damage on several occasions. The presence of a series of burials has also been found in the access courtyard and one of the precincts of the governor's palace or royal house has been identified.
