Tim de Kir launches online: Madrid's Salamanca district, now a click away
The historic Calle Ayala boutique — a reference point for accessories, artisan jewellery and gifts for women since 1989 — takes its first step into the digital world, with shipping across Spain and plans to expand to Portugal and the European Union in the coming months.
Madrid, [month] 2026 — Some shops are more than shops. Tim de Kir, at number 59 Calle Ayala, is one of them: more than three decades spent choosing, piece by piece, the small details that turn an ordinary day into one worth remembering. Since September 2025, that same spirit can now be browsed from home through the brand's new online shop at timdekir.es.
The digital launch comes from a simple idea: that distance shouldn't be a reason to miss out on the delicate necklace, the hammered-texture hair comb or the bag that seems made for one particular occasion. The online selection mirrors what visitors find on display at Ayala — hair accessories, complements, artisan jewellery and one-of-a-kind pieces chosen with the same eye that has defined the shop since 1989. Elegance, freshness and authenticity, without losing sight of the value for money its regulars know well.
"We wanted the customers who discover us when they visit Madrid to be able to keep dressing with us from their own city, and to open a door for those who don't yet know us, without their having to cross half of Spain," says Anuska [surname], a co-founder of Tim de Kir. "But we were also clear that the online shop couldn't be a watered-down version of the experience in store. Every piece that leaves Ayala carries the same care, whether it's being gift-wrapped at the counter or packed for a delivery to Asturias."
For now, orders ship across Spain, with delivery to Portugal and the rest of the European Union due to follow. For customers looking for something specific that isn't in stock, Tim de Kir continues to offer its bespoke-order service, with a turnaround of roughly twenty days, handled directly via WhatsApp (+34 638 85 15 39) to preserve the close, personal attention that has always been the shop's hallmark.
The website also features a section with a voice of its own, El Tim de la Kuestión, where the team shares stories, seasonal news and reflections on everyday life with the same spark that defines the welcome in store. Recent entries include an introduction to the new Lota bags and a tour of the spring 2026 collection.
The physical shop remains open at its usual address: Calle Ayala 59, Madrid, Tuesday to Thursday, 10.00 to 13.30 and 14.00 to 19.00. Because some things, as they like to say at Tim de Kir, are still worth touching with your own hands.
