The leaders have already received from Teruel the best products for their meeting,
The Regulatory Council of Denomination of Origin (DO) Jamón de Teruel launched a symbolic initiative for peace: sending a selection of top quality Spanish products to presidents Trump and Kim Jong-un for their decisive meeting that will take place tomorrow in Singapore.
They have sent a D.O. of Teruel, oil from Bajo Aragón and artisan bread from Castelserás. "This initiative not only serves to send a message of peace and good understanding request to these two leaders, but also is a way to publicize our quality products," they say from the Regulatory Council.
This agency has previously carried out similar actions (such as sending hams to La Roja when they were proclaimed champions or to Queen Letizia Ortiz) but it is the first time that it has been taking its products to an international policy meeting.
