Saladier is a natural and sustainable gastronomic experience that has just opened its doors in the center of Madrid.
One third of the food produced in the world ends up in the garbage can.
Saladier, the new sustainable and natural gastronomic concept that has come to revolutionize gourmet and creative food, opened its doors on August 13 on the Paseo del Prado in Madrid. This experience has in its DNA from its birth the fight for respect for the environment and for a more just society. One of the first areas it wants to attack is in the fight against food waste: a very serious problem worldwide that not all of us are aware of. According to FAO data, 1,300 million tons of food are wasted every year, which has a huge negative social and economic impact (it is estimated that it represents a global cost of 800,000 million euros) and also environmental. To try to do his bit to curb this problem, Saladier joins platforms like Too Good To Go and, more recently, Phenix, both with the same goal: to combat food waste.
