Faced with the new noise policies that some city councils in Spain are proposing, the hospitality sector is beginning to take protest actions, claiming that their businesses will be seriously harmed.
The Federation of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of the Region of Murcia (Hostemur) considers that the policies of some City Councils go against the development of the sector and the freedom of citizens to enjoy the streets
Last Saturday, about 270 hotel establishments in Murcia closed to demand greater respect from the City Council for residents and workers in the sector.
