Last Saturday the Gran Fiesta del Chuletón was held at the Marqués de Riscal winery (Rioja Alavesa) where more than 250 lovers of good cuisine from all over Spain attended.
140 Galician beef steaks with extreme maturation were tasted. Grill, master classes, grilled meat tasting and bagpipes: This was the III Edition of the Great T-bone Festival in Marqués de Riscal. The event was organized by Pepé Chuletón (José Luis Sáenz Villar), considered the best Spanish butcher. His company is the only one in Spain that has four types of certified oxen: Valles del Esla, Wagyú (National Kobe) Galician working ox and authentic Tolosa trailed ox.
