A wine is made out of Tempranillo variety grapes coming from Matanegra, D. O. Ribera del Guadiana, a fresh area with clay soil that is characterized with a great capability of water retention. A slow ripening process let us harvest the grapes in October in a perfect sanitary state. This wine "flor" comes from the first tank devatting, obtaining a clean wine, smooth and fruity. It is irresistible due to its bouquet harmony and complexity that highlights a sweet toothed and silky mouth.
